Making healthier choices, incorporating regular physical activity, reducing stress, as well as educating ourselves and our families on the overall health and wellness of mind, body, and spirit is key to living a healthier and more productive life. Information will be available on a variety of topics, including: health coverage, exercise, nutrition, food preparation, safety, and much more along with an opportunity to donate blood with the Riverside and San Bernardino County Blood Bank.

Come out and join Cross Word as they help to promote and encourage the community to Emerge into a life of overall health and wellness.
