| This was a deeply emotional evening, full of humor, feeling, friendship, and reflection on the long journey just ending. New friends were parting: it was a bittersweet moment. We had all changed in one way or another, and the enormity of the changes were just beginning to be absorbed. The Niagara River shining outside the windows reminded us that this journey's end was the start of our journey home, and of our new lives. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
