Free Woman's Wellness Forum and Luncheon

The key to living a happy life begins with a healthy state of mind and making right decisions for a balanced lifestyle. National Women’s Health Week is a nationwide initiative that calls attention to the importance of women’s health. Kingdom Women of Excellence is proud to host a Woman’s Wellness Weekend including a forum and luncheon — “Kingdom Women in Good Health” on Saturday, May 29 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., where attendees will learn core values on health. The event takes place at The Purpose Center (Oak Grove at the Ranch Campus facility) located at 23115 Rider St. in Perris, Calif. The celebration continues Sunday, May 30th at 6 p.m. with dynamic and anointed special guest Pastor Tammie L. Gibson of Dominion House Ministries, as well as the music ministry of Gospel recording artist Dionne L. Brown.

Attendees will enjoy a delicious healthy lunch while hearing from a panel of health experts including: Dr. Leita J. Harris, a self-care and wellness coach whose background includes working in the field of obstetrics and gynecology for over 15 years and is a clinical professor at University of California Riverside; Nutritionist Vanh Bender; and Jerry L. Green, founder and lead instructor of New Beginnings Fitness Boot Camp. In addition, Renita Wickes is an 11-year ovarian cancer survivor who will share her awe-inspiring story of triumph.

Kingdom Women in Good Health Wellness Weekend is sponsored by Healthy Heritage Movement, Purpose Center International Ministries, Kaiser Permanente, California Ovarian Cancer Awareness Program, Black Voice News, and Shield of Faith Fellowship of Churches.
