MARCH AIR RESERVE BASE -- The Patriot Jet Demonstration Team will be the highlight of the March Air Reserve Base air show on May 1 and 2. This will be their only Southern California appearance and their first appearance at the base. The Patriots L-39s electrifies spectators with fast paced formation flying, choreographed four-ship diamond formation aerobatic maneuvers and their signature "Tail Slide" where the aircraft actually slides backwards toward the ground, something not performed by any other jet demonstration team.

In addition to the Patriot Jet Team, the U.S. Air Force’s F-22 Demonstration Team will perform precision aerial maneuvers to demonstrate the unique capabilities of the world's only operational fifth-generation fighter aircraft. Also returning are the Canadian SkyHawks parachute demonstration team.
