Another check presentation took place December 6 with $1,187,484 being awarded to the Time For Change Foundation (TFCF) based in San Bernardino.

M.H.M. & Associates Vice President, Kyle Knight, presented the award to TFCF Executive Director, Kim Carter and her board in the presence of her staff, clients and San Bernardino Mayor Patrick J. Morris, and his wife, Sally Morris.

Mayor Morris spoke about the need for government agencies to support non-profit organizations to collaborate and organize programs that serve the poor and homeless in our community. He said, "If we keep working with good grant writers like MHM, and continue to do it well, we’ll continue to expand the rose garden” (or these types of services in our community).

M.H.M. & Associates (MHM) is a grant-writing firm that is expanding the “rose garden” by securing more than $3 Million in grants for Southern California agencies this quarter. Chris Clarke, a Director at MHM, stated, “We are very pleased to work with clients like Time For Change who do so much for women in need. These grant awards from the US Department of Health and Human Services are important because they allow us to expand the reach of programs like TFCF’s Positive Futures Program.”

He continued, “At MHM we look for organizations that have a real passion to serve, and the vision and leadership to sustain these programs over time.”

MHM has been writing grants for non-profits and community based organizations for over 18 years. The organization can be reached at (951) 682-4646 for more information about grants available to organizations in Southern California.
