Fontana

Rialto/Fontana Branch NAACP President Ellen Turner called a special executive board meeting Saturday April 12, 2003, to address State NAACP Youth President Corey Jackson’s concerns regarding Congressman Joe Baca’s position on conducting a town hall meeting to discuss the intentions of the Homeland Security Act and the Patriot Act.

The Rialto/Fontana NAACP Branch does not have a position at this time.

President Turner is personally looking into the matter and seeking guidance from the National office of the National Association For The Advancement Of Colored People.
