The Inland Empire Chapter of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) will host their Third Annual Awards Banquet “Building Safe Neighborhoods through Community Partnerships” on Saturday, January 18, 2003 at the Ontario Hilton Hotel, 700 N. Haven Ave., Ontario, California. Tickets are $65.00 per person.

The Keynote Speaker for the evening will be the Honorable Dwight “Spike” Helmick, California Highway Patrol Commissioner and the Master of Ceremonies will be Leo Stallworth of KABC-Channel 7.

This event is to recognize extraordinary accomplishments of federal, state and local law enforcement personnel in the Inland Empire.
