As the first black male solo artist to achieve five multiplatinum albums in a row, as well as multiple grammy nominations. Teddy Pendergrass shows no sign of slowing down in his triumphant return to the concert stage-despite a near fatal car accident in 1982 that left him wheelchair bound.

From Teddy with Love was recorded Valentine's Day 2002 from Los Angeles'Wiltern Theatre. This concert features songs that made him famous over a career that spans 3 decadeds, first as the front man for the infamous Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes, and then as a successful solo artist.

This home video release also features bonus interview footage including an eight minute piece featuring behind the scenes trip that will take you through every range of emotions like it does he and his band on stage.

I've been a fan of Teddy's from a kid to a young man. He's been an inspiration to me and my growth as a artist. So trust me you don't want to miss out on this treat. I give Teddy a 5 out 5 CD's.
