It was a great evening of entertainment as jazz legend Nancy Wilson sang for an intimate setting of 100 people.

The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation (MPTN) and Foxwoods assisted in sponsoring the event.
The Grammy winning artist was "pleased to hear" that Foxwoods donated to the 60th Anniversary of the SESA. The SESA and its Conservatory are the only classical music orchestra located in the inner-city of Los Angeles. They've had thousands of young people come through the Conservatory. One such attendee was 16 year old Chris Nash. Nash once played before Beverly Hills philanthropist, Barbara Fedor. She was so taken by his talent that she purchased a baby grand piano and had it delivered to his home.
Also on hand was comedian extraordinaire, Carl Reiner. Reiner directed and acted in one of the most famous sitcoms in television history ‘The Dick Van Dyke Show'. He also directed ‘The Jerk' and ‘Dead Men Don‘t Wear Plaid'. He also had roles in televisions ‘Family Law' and Boston Legal.
The Kazanjian Foundation had several pieces of jewelry that were donated to benefit the SESA. The evening was very successful as it help raise funds to help the Symphony continue its productiveness for young people.
