826-5311 is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5pm. When you call 826-5311, youll be talking to a trained Call Center Specialist professional who will help you get the information you need. Call Center Specialists answer questions, take service requests and refer the service request to the appropriate City department.
Soon you will have the ability to request services and search for other information on the citys web site, www.RiversideCa.gov . Wherever you are, online, at home or on a cell phone, the 826-5311 Call Center Customer Service Hotline gives you the information you need when you need it.
826-5311 is also saving the City money and making government more efficient. Instead of calling multiple departments, 826-5311 lets us have a One Call Does It All Call Center Customer Service Hotline that can be used by every constituent and City department. 826-5311 also helps the City better manage our resources and measure how effective we are at delivering them.
