Any High Desert Region Middle, High School and College Students that lives or attends school in the
Following cities: Acton, Adelanto, Apple Valley, Agua Dulce, Baker, Barstow, Canyon Country, Castaic, Fort Irwin, Helendale, Hesperia, Hinkley, Lancaster, Littlerock, Lake Los Angeles, Lucerne Valley, Mojave, Newhall, Palmdale, Pearblossom, Phelan, Pinon Hills, Quartz Hill, Santa Clarita, Stevenson Ranch, Saugus, Valencia, Val Verde and Victorville.
Due to numerous emails, if you do not live in any of the above cities but you would like to participate in this contest just email us.

On April 2, 2004 at a Fashion Show and Party. Guest will view the top ten commercials. The winners of the contest will be announced that night. The four winning commercials will shown of the web site for one year along a bio on each winners.
