The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will present a workshop on The Nuts & Bolts of Financing Your Business on Wednesday, March 21, 2007 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Ontario Convention Center, 2000 Convention Center Way, in Ontario. This workshop is being offered as part of the program leading up to the City of Ontario's State of the City Market Update delivered later in the day from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Mike Lee, Senior Business Development Specialist and Chief of Finance for the Santa Ana District Office of SBA, will be the featured speaker. Lee will discuss in "plain English" terms the fine points of financing as a means of growing your business. Specifically he will discuss:

• How a banker looks at your business

• What capital sources are available

• The best ways to approach commercial lenders

This is a no-cost event with complimentary parking but seating is limited. Your reservation will also entitle you to attend, at no charge, the State of the City program immediately following this workshop (a $50 value).
