Chino Institution for Men (C.I.M.) retired a great success -- Correctional Officer Grad Brown, Jr. recently. Brown, is a man who paved the way for Black Correctional Peace Officers in the Southern region. He began his career in 1973 as one of the first Black men accepted into the Department of Corrections.
