He graduated from Walnut High School in Walnut, CA in 1980 and enrolled in Cal-State Fullerton. While attending Cal-State Fullerton, the singing bug that had been biting at him since he was a child, finally took hold. He auditioned for the world-renown singing group, The Young Americans, and immediately joined their touring company, traveling throughout Europe and the U.S. It was in this group where he would meet his future wife, Diana.After his time with The Young Americans, he toured for 2 years as a background singer for Howard Hewett of the 80's singing group Shalamar.
His dream fulfilled, he decided to settle down to try and earn a "real living."
After a short stint working for a travel related marketing company, he decided to start his own company in 1990. C&A Marketing would go on to become a leader in the field of corporate meetings & conventions, catering to clients such as Toyota Motors, IBM, Burger King and Daimler Chrysler. He resides in Corona, with his wife of almost 21 years, Diana, and their 2 children, Jenna 9 and Nicole 6.
