In May, the House and Senate leadership agreed on a framework for a tax and spending package expected to include the dividend tax cut as a key element.

Just as “Miscegenation” is interbreeding between different races, so was there interbreeding between Black English and many other foreign languages. This started before American slavery and has continued to the present. Some Africans brought to America as slaves, like those of Guinea, knew “Black English.”

I am a junior at Wilberforce University, a private predominantly Black college in Wilberforce, Ohio. Because I attend a predominantly Black institution people asked me why was I concerned with the affirmative action case as if it did not concern me?
