Assembly Member Carter Awards Crawford on 80th Birthday

Pastor Draymond Crawford, Sr., Fontana resident, businessman, realtor, political activist, retired banker and member of Temple Missionary Baptist Church and Loveland Church celebrated his 80th birthday with a crowd of family and friends that came from many parts of the country. Lovingly referred to as “Deke” from his days of serving as a Deacon, he has also served as pastor, elder, trustee and choir member.

Pastor Crawford has served his community and fellow man, as well as his country, having served in the United States Air Force. He is well known throughout the Inland Empire and Los Angeles areas as a respected man of God. In attendance were pastors from many churches of the Inland Empire, Assemblywoman Wilmer Amina Carter and political representative, Frank Stallworth.

At 80, Pastor Crawford shows no sign of slowing down as he still manages the Sunrise Apartments in Fontana and enjoys travelling with his wife of almost 60 years, Estelle “Sister C” Crawford.
