Southern California Edison and WBC Enterprises will provide information and resources to the African- American and faith-based communities on lowering electric bills, available discounts to qualifying customers, energy-efficiency programs and supplier-diversity opportunities. There also will be workshops on job skills such as résumé-writing techniques and job interviewing.
This event will take place at Life Church of God in Christ, 3349 Rubidoux Blvd., Riverside from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2010.
