Money for Churches
Faith Temple Church of San Bernardino, where Bishop J. Grant Tolbert is pastor, will be hosting its 2nd Annual Benefit Concert Love Covers All, an event which benefits the homeless in the San Bernardino community, Saturday, December 14, 2002 at 7:00 p.m.
Featured guest artist include Brent Jones and the TP Mobb, YAP (Young Adults in Praise), The Rock Christian Center, 16th Street Cathedral Choir, and Faith Temple Mass Choir.
The concert will be held at 16th Street Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1601 W. 16th Street in San Bernardino. A donation is $10.00 in advance and $12.00 at the door. A portion of the proceeds will go towards the purchase of blankets for the homeless. Oh Come Let Us Adore Him
His Glory Ministries International will present His Glory Ministries Youth Choir 2nd Annual Christmas Extravaganza themed Glory to God in the Highest, St. Luke 2:14.

Free After School Care
The University of California, Riverside and Quinn Community Outreach Corporation, a non-sectarian organization of Quinn AME Church has free after school tutoring, reading, and story time for children of all ages. Nutritional snacks are also provided.
Every Tuesday and Thursday, tutors from UCR and the community are available from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 25400 Alessandro Blvd., #105, Moreno Valley (next to the Public Library on Kitching and Alessandro).
The partnership between UCR and QCOC will attempt to provide a safe haven with warm learning experiences for children ages zero to 18. Families who are not able to afford tutoring for their children, and children that are often overlooked or not eligible for tutoring within their learning institutions are strongly encouraged to participate in the project of developing young minds for the future.
