Divas Simply Singing! also generates consistent support from corporate and independent sponsors including Fubu, Mac, Roche, American Airlines and designer Tadashi, among others.
"Yes, Divas Simply Singing! is a magical evening of performance, but the message remains that AIDS is still killing friends and family and leaving behind children with no one to love them, said Ralph, who each year co-writes and performs in the show. The business of making sure that silent voices are heard remains a ceaseless challenge."
Divas Simply Singing! is directed by the renowned Howard Fine; produced by Paul Papile; musical direction by Diane Louie; choreographed by Tony Michaels; and written by Eddie Kercado and Sheryl Lee Ralph.
