Base Hit plans to release Nee-Nee's debut album in the summer of 2003 and will release the "No Means No" video soon to support the single as Nee-Nee's album exudes lyrics rhythmically revolving around friendship, independence, and love, with a message that differs from the traditional teen-star on the rise.
