The Inland Empire/Riverside County Philharmonic is pleased to welcome the youth of the Inland Empire to a concert designed especially for them.
The concerts will be held Monday, January 13-Thursday, January 16, 2003, beginning at 11:30 a.m. each day. The concert will be one hour long.
Music Director Patrick Flynn, and members of the Inland Empire/Riverside County Philharmonic will present an exciting and diverse program of symphony music. The program will feature several symphonic favorites including the Mambo from West Side Story, Sousas Stars and Stripes, the Waltz from Tchaikovskys Swan Lake, and a selection from Offenbachs Orpheus in the Underworld.
In addition to the aforementioned, the Philharmonic will also give demonstrations of the different sections of the orchestra. This program is educational and fun; an experience that will leave the children inspired and hungry for more!
