Chef Ben Gordon, Lawrys featured chef for several years, will judge the recipe entries. Ben has successfully owned and operated three Baltimore restaurants: Restaurant 2110, Chez Charles, and Bennys Jazz Club. His establishments specialize in French, Creole and Cajun cuisine. Ben has worked in some of the countrys top restaurants, hotels and convention centers including Tavern On the Green in New York and the Miami Convention Center.
