Bishop Keith Butler spoke about The Water And The Blood: "This is He that came by water and blood, Jesus Christ, not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth." 1 John 5:6 (VJV). What in the world can a person do about sin? Nothing! Jesus was the only one that could do anything about it, and He has already finished the job. Now what does the Scripture mean when it says that Jesus came by water and that He came by blood. We need to find the answer out from God's word. Ephesians 5:26: "That He might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of the water by the word."

Effective June 2008, City manager Robert G. Gutierrez has appointed Chris Paxton as Human Resources Director.  Paxton will fill the post being vacated by Denese Wilson Beilke, who is retiring after serving in human resources for thirty years. Ms. Paxton, congratulations on your new post.

Person must be available at any time and vacation time is limited. No salary is allocated.
