June Collison joined Dignity Health on February 6, 2012, as the new president of Community Hospital of San Bernardino and a key member of the Inland Empire Service Area leadership team. After an extensive national search, Ms. Collison was the number one choice for Digni ty Health and Community Hospital boards of directors who voted their unanimous approval.

Ms. Collison is no stranger to the Inland Empire. She held top leadership roles at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton from 2000 to 2007, first as chief operating officer and then as chief executive officer. Since that time, she has served as chief operating officer at Olympia Medical Center, a physician-owned, 204- bed acute care medical-surgical facility in Los Angeles.

“Not only is June a seasoned senior health care executive with 25 years of experience, she also has a clear understanding of the issues impacting Inland Empire hospitals and their communities,” said Marvin Reiter, chair of Community Hospital’s Board of Directors.

“We are confident she is the leader Community Hospital needs to address the significant challenges we face in dealing with health care reform and a community severely impacted by the economy,” Reiter concludes.
