The San Bernardino County Association of African-American Employees (AAAE), invites the public to join them at the 19th Annual Black History Month Celebration Event on Thursday, February 23, 2012, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Sierra Lakes Golf Club, 16600 Clubhouse Drive in Fontana.

This year’s event will feature a sit-down dinner, silent auction, keynote address, musical entertainment, professional networking, and dance. They are proud to continue their tradition of supporting the educational goals of high-school and college students this year by awarding three scholarships to dedicated and deserving students. Event tickets are $35.00 each or $280.00 for a table (8 tickets). They hope that the public joins them for this exciting and enjoyable event. Please see the attached event flier for additional information about the program activities, keynote speakers and how to obtain your tickets.

At this time, we are also asking you to consider purchasing an ad in this year’s souvenir program book. The program book provides an excellent opportunity to present information about your programs and services to a target audience of approximately 400 individuals.

Advertising opportunities range from program cover ($750.00) to business card ($50.00), as outlined in the sponsorship request letter attached to this email. To secure your ad space, submit the attached order form by Friday, February 10, 2012. If you have any questions or need additional information about the Black History Month event, tickets, program ads or other opportunities to support AAAE, please contact Regina Funderburk , AAAE Treasurer at 909-383-9611.

Additional information about the San Bernardino County Association of African-American Employees is posted on our County intranet site. You can also find us on Facebook.
