The Westside Action Group (WAG) celebrated Breast Cancer Awareness Month by hosting a community forum about breast and cervical cancers.
The presenter was Dr. Clara Omogbai representing the Every Woman Counts program.
Dr. Omogbai emphasized the importance of regular heath checkups, a good diet, daily exercise, and refraining from smoking and heavy drinking.
Assemblymember Wilmer Amina Carter (62nd AD) also attended the WAG forum.
