The City of San Bernardino will hold its second city-wide clean-up effort on Saturday, April 14, 2012 to improve the aesthetics of our community. An estimated 1,500 volunteers will work at 20 locations throughout the city with trash and graffiti removal, planting, weeding and painting.

City of San Bernardino residents may also drop off unwanted items such as appliances, mattresses, tires, broken furniture, tree limbs and electronic waste including printers and TVs free of charge between 8 and 11:30 a.m. at the following locations: Western Regional Little League Park (6707 Little League Drive), Church of God (3030 N. Del Rosa Ave), Wildwood Park (536 40th Street), Smart & Final Shopping Center (332 W Baseline Rd), Anne Shirrells Park (1367 N. California Street) and Lytle Creek Community Center (380 S. K Street). These dump sites WILL NOT accept universal waste (batteries, fluorescent bulbs), hazardous waste (chemicals, oil, gasoline, pesticides, etc.), paint or automotive parts. Residents will be required to show proof of residency within the City of San Bernardino.
