Chef Mouton Brings Louisiana Cooking to I.E.

RIVERSIDE - Growing up in Lafayette/New Orleans, Chef Jude T. Mouton was reared in an entertainment family. His father held parties in their home and cooked delicious meals for his guests. At the age of 13, Chef Mouton’s father taught him how to prepare mouthwatering New Orleans Cajun style meals. Despite being teased by his high school football team for learning how to cook, Chef Mouton became inspired by his father’s ability to entertain and cook delicious meals for his guests. To follow his passion, he enrolled and graduated from American Culinary Federation, New Orleans, Louisiana. While attending American Culinary Federation, he completed his executive and sous training, learned pastry art techniques, garnishing, and ice sculpting.

Today, Chef Mouton opened his own catering business called; “Chef Mouton’s Catering,” which successfully became famous throughout Los Angeles and the greater Inland Empire. His company soon became one of the most recognizable catering businesses around the United States. Chef Mouton’s catering provides a full service catering, party planning, and event management to meet anyone’s catering needs. The dishes served in his business are only authentic Cajun food. From spicy gumbo to New Orleans banana foster. Not only has Chef Mouton catered for local people, he also catered for well-known stars like Beyoncé, Jay-z, and Usher just to name a few.

On April 26th, Chef Mouton will open his catering business to the general public. At the event, the prominent chef will showcase different New Orleans style dishes along with desserts. This event will be held on Thursday April 26th, 2012 at his corporate office located at 6830 Airport Drive, Riverside. Visit this event with an empty stomach and enjoy some of the finest New Orleans dishes in California.
