Courting God by Sharon Frame, “Date night. It’s becoming more stylist since President Obama took office. His much talked about Friday night dates with wife, First Lady Michelle Obama, have inspired many married couples to get giddy again; set aside time to court anew. Rekindle old flames oddly enough, date night got me to thinking about my relationship with God. Have I set aside time to ‘Court’ Him more frequently? One of the great powers of courtship is that it makes you feel so (euphoric) a feeling of well being from Webster Dictionary. Your partner showers you with constant praise. You speak well of each other and rejoice together, you feel adored and loved.” (Hebrews 13:15 NIV)

Moreno Valley: I was reading a magazine and it asked “What do you LOVE this month?” Number one is my birth month and I do celebrate the entire month of April. I also look forward to planning my garden for the year, my peach trees are in total bloom and I have garlic, potatoes, peas, and peppers planted. Readers it is time to start planting what you will eat in your garden and your flowers, it will work well for you.

Moreno Valley: This is something very sad to have to deal with but we must keep our parks safe for families. The City is starting up “Operation Safe Parks (O.S.P.),” in the wake of the recent assault of an 11-year-old Moreno Valley girl in a local park restroom, Mayor Richard A. Stewart and City Manager Henry Garcia requested that the police department and city staff re-emphasize their O.S.P. to curb gang activity in the city’s parks. We that live in Moreno Valley are to be mindful of our children and grandchildren even children that are alone in the park.

But do not do anything that will put you or others in danger. Call 911 or whoever is to be called. Things can turn deadly in a matter of seconds leave it to the ones who are trained to handle these types of things. Be safe.
