I would like to share with you what I read from “The Power To Do.” It is about the “Importance Of Giving.” We would like to do some good during the time God grants us life. Yet, some who could do good are unsure about when to do good, how long to do the good thing, when do you stop doing or to whom the doing good is extended. The Bible encourages us to give to all who ask. But suppose you have nothing to give? The Bible tells us about serving others though the ministry of hospitality because we may be entertaining angels unaware. What about all the “untangles like” Personalities who show up in between? The Bible encourages us to return good for evil but sometimes people get tired of being taken advantage of and returning good is the last thing on their minds. The book of Proverbs offers some help. Proverbs is the practical side of God’s commands. (1) Your own soul is nourished when you are kind (Proverbs 11:17). (2) The laborers appetite works for him. (Proverbs 16:26). (3) Do not withhold good from those that who deserve it. (Proverbs 3:27). Even though Bishop McKinzie stated this, I have found out in my life that: If you have the desire to do good, to serve or to gives. God will empower you to act or provide you with the resources to act. Study the word.

“I’m Just Talking” I have been dealing with the successes in my life and the disappointments also. As I study the word of God, it tells me things I sometime do not want to hear. But yet I know the word of God is true.
My greatest joy is to live a successful life in Christ, and in living that life there are some things I must do as I study the word of God. I must have the ability to love, when things are not as well as I would like them to be, I must have a joyful outlook on life. I must keep a peaceful spirit. I must have patience.
My attitude should be of kindness and a humble stance. I must always keep my faith in God and I must above all have self control. I have found it to be true that if I desire to live this successful life, I must follow the man of God as He follows Christ. To God be the glory.
