I read this, “Ailment of the Heart:” we are learning, our best cure – what else—remedies of the heart. Those remedies we well know are acknowledgment, praise, affection, consideration, attention, interest, sacrifice and general well–wishing. The Master Himself said it best as usual: “Where your treasure is there also will your heart be.” (Matthew 6:21).


Moreno Valley the seminar on “Simple Gardening Techniques” for the Moreno Valley Black Chamber was a success. It will be done again not only at the chamber but in my back yard to God be the Glory. Lowe’s gave out herb plants, Linda Wright CEO/President was very pleased with the turnout and there’s always was room for more. Moreno Valley “Trash Pick Up and Street Sweeping Schedules to Change.” There will be a changed in trash and street sweeping service days.

City Opens “EMPLOYMENT RESOURCE CENTER,” in an effort to help unemployed Moreno Valley residents, the City of Moreno Valley opened the “Moreno Valley Employment Resource Center (ERC)

on August 12th 2009 and was formally celebrated with a grand opening August 26th 2009 at 9:00 a.m. The (ERC) is located at the “Towngate Center 12625 Frederick Street Suite K–3. The (ERC) will be open Monday - Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The center was needed with the number of job’s loss by Moreno Valley residents. “YOUTH FEST 2009” The Moreno Valley Parks and Community Services Department will host “youth fest,” on Saturday September 12th 2009 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Community Park, located at 13380 Frederick Street. This is an annual event. The event features booths, free entertainment, raffles, and many more prizes.
